Although his career path ultimately took flight in a different direction, the focus and discipline instilled during his academic journey proved invaluable.

Following 10 years honing his skills at Nashville’s prestigious Hermitage Hotel, a 5-diamond, 5-star haven, and as Estate General Manager for a high-profile $45 million property, Jason embarked on a new adventure – building a business centered around family and exceptional service. Fueled by his passion for travel and a desire for more flexibility to spend time with his wife and four children, Jason traded in the high-pressure hospitality world for a vacuum cleaner.

Brighthouse, born from this entrepreneurial spirit, has blossomed into Nashville’s most trusted cleaning company, having cleaned over 158,000 homes and expanding into diverse cleaning services.
