We’ve only been with Brighthouse 3 months but very happy. House is always in great shape. Everything very clean, which is not always easy with teens. No overwhelming chemical/toxins smell which is super important to me.

We have been with Brighthouse for many years. The thing I appreciate is that they communicate well and find reliable people. One cleaner stayed with us for almost two years. When that person left, we were able to test out a few cleaners, until we find one we liked. They have been very responsive.

The team was in my place for nearly 7 hours working super hard! I did a deep clean to cover everything - from the inside of my fridge, vents above the oven, every crevice of the bathrooms, behind / under all furniture, and everything in between had been taken care of! It's like a brand new home!

The best and most through cleaning people around. They are also extremely competitive, charging based on size of effort and not hours, and the price was even lower than the completion. Moreover, they were incredibly fast, able to clean my 1,800 sq ft home in under 2 hrs with only two people! And they were willing to clean/tidy up whatever I asked of them for no extra charge.

They did a fabulous job on our house. We are getting ready for an open house to sell our home and the house was very dusty and dirty from recent renovations. It was likely more than a year since we cleaned the inside of our oven, but they made the kitchen spotless inside and out, as well as our two bathrooms. They spent five hours there--and nearly three hours on the kitchen itself--but I've never seen it so clean. The cleaners that I have encountered have been Immaculate. The customer service department responds to emails right away and process requests immediately. We had the good fortune of having this company work its magic in our home. They did a wonderful job.

I've been searching for a cleaning company that could do just that...clean my home, and tried several before finding them.I had my share of smokers (hated the smoke smell around me), had one that stayed on her phone the whole time she cleaned my house, then one that charged me $140.00 and the ladies (2) stayed in my house for 45 minutes...WHAT? where did they get their degrees that make them think that it is ok to charge $70+ an hour?But then I called Brighthouse and got the best customer service, my cleaner was such a sweet lady, that I requested her permanently and this is why:When I ordered my cleaning I gave them a list of things that I needed done and when Talina got here she did everything on the list and then some!!! she stayed at my house for the amount of time that I paid for and did some extra stuff while she waited for her time to be up.and Kelly (manager) also stop by to make sure that everything was done to my especifications.I m so please with Brighthouse that I recommend them to anyone looking for the BEST!

I've used this company about 10 times now and all with great results. I don't have a "regular" cleaning person so it's been a different person almost every time and they’ve been excellent across the board. The cleaners are professional and efficient. They show up on time. Aside from the cleaners, the staff is great. It's easy to book appointments. Sometimes I call, but sometimes I email. Followup for payment is also efficient. A good operation all around.

I so appreciate the management of the attendants (managers stop in for visits randomly to perform quality inspections). In over 100 visits, I can only recall 1 experience that didn't meet my expectations. Their Managing Owner immediately rectified the situation, and went out of his way to correct the circumstance swiftly. That's the way business should be done. The attendants themselves have positive things to say about their employer... and it shows in the quality of their work. Love it.

This company is definitely different from the rest. Instead of sending four people to rush through your home in two hours for a deep clean, they send one person for a full 8 hours, or if you prefer they even offered to send 2 people for 4 hours. It's nice to know that there aren't so many strangers moving through your home like a cyclone. They definitely work at a fast pace, but they don't sacrifice details for speed. They GET it! I can do a quick vacuum and mop any day, but they do the things you don't get around to on the regular, like dusting blinds, wiping switchplates, and those grimy smudges around door handles. If you prefer a detailed clean, focused on your personal priorities, I'd highly suggest these folks.

The staff is superbly trained; quality assurance is routinely monitored; the attendants are greatly respectful and highly detailed in their work; their cleaning products are non-toxic and highly effective; and the company is wonderfully professional in all of their dealings with clients.
