Please make sure your cleaner has access on your scheduled day. If you wish to leave your home armed, we ask that you create a temporary or guest access code.

We love pets. It’s a bit more efficient if they have a particular place to stay while our cleaners work, but either way, we’ll talk with you about your furry friends and be prepared to work with them.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
We will discuss holidays far in advance to understand what your cleaning needs will be. We operate Monday – Friday with the exception of Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

Five Star Green Cleaning Standards
Our certified cleaners clean your home using genuine green and environmentally safe products and processes. Our vacuums utilize 5-stage HEPA filtration, capturing 99.97% of vacuumed particulate 0.3 microns and larger, well suited for families with allergies or asthma.
Our cleaners only use natural cleaning solutions that are biodegradable and non-toxic to humans and aquatics. These products are child and animal safe, and packaged for reduced environmental impact.
Our cleaners refrain from using paper or cotton products by utilizing microfiber cloths, mops and dusting tools. Microfiber is made from a scientific weave that is much more effective in capturing and removing dust, dirt, grease, and germs. This method also reduces environmental impact.
Superior Employees with Background Checks
Our employees must pass rigorous screening and background checks. Our company is bonded and insured. Team members are fully trained not only in appropriate cleaning techniques, but also in resident relations criteria, resulting in a warm, professional greeting and uniform appearance.
Insurance & Compliance
All Nashville Brighthouse employees are covered by general liability, workers comp and unemployment insurance. Nashville Brighthouse participates in E-Verify, and remains compliant with all local and federal employment laws.
In the home in which you and your family work, live, and play, illness-causing germs can quickly spread on surfaces. Manual cleaning methods and traditional disinfecting tools aren’t designed to effectively reach all areas, leaving you and loved-ones at risk of illness.
Nashville Brighthouse offers a revolutionary Electrostatic Disinfectant System to help prevent germs and mitigate viruses, including Covid-19, and bacteria, such as MRSA and E.coli, by wrapping surfaces (front, back & sides) with EPA approved disinfectants and sanitizers to ensure all surfaces — even those hard-to-reach, difficult-to-clean areas — are properly treated. This superior coverage helps keep homes healthy, while also saving time and money.
The Brighthouse spirit is reflected in our core values of Excellence, Integrity, Accountability and Communication, and we make it our mission to bring these values to life through our people-focused culture. We have learned that by treating our clients and our team members with these same values, our end result often exceeds our clients’ expectations.
We provide Nashville with the highest standard of cleaning personnel in the industry. We strive for excellence in everything we do.
We adhere to high moral and ethical principles and provides our clients with the soundness of moral character and impeccable honesty.
We do not simply ‘place people.’ We constantly ensure our team of skilled cleaners and attendants are exceeding your expectations.
We believe in communication and transparency and make sure that clients never converse with an answering machine.
